We recently had our fascias, soffits and guttering replaced by KK Roofline and couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, the team were professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They came up with practical solutions to a few unexpected challenges that cropped up, even when those issues weren’t their responsibility. Nothing was too much trouble and they were great at explaining everything clearly. The workmanship was fantastic, finished to a really high standard and they were neat and tidy throughout. They left everything clean and spotless once the job was completed. The facia and soffit fitters at K K Roofline were very polite and friendly, they always stopped to talk to me if I had any questions about the job whilst they were working. The office staff were also very helpful, I changed my mind about the colour I had ordered a few days before work was due to begin. It was quickly sorted and I got the colour I wanted despite the very short notice. The site was left clean and tidy every night when they left. The scaffolding was put up on the day I was told and very importantly, it was taken down quickly after the job was finished. The price quoted was excellent and the completed work is of a high standard. I would not hesitate to highly recommend KK roofing to others. ~ sandra w

I am so glad I found KK Roofing because they were absolutely brilliant. Gary who came to measure up was so helpful with suggestions and advice. When he had finished measuring and working out all the finer details he gave us a price which we accepted. The two "lads" Lewis and Darrell, who did the job were extremely pleasant and hard working. Every night before they left they swept up and left the place spotless. We had a fairly big job done as we had all of our soffits, barge boards, facias and guttering changed . We also had PVC cladding over one end of the bungalow. The attention to detail was outstanding and we can certainly recommend KK Roofing ~ Richard P

We used KK Roofline for a PVC replacement of a mock tudor bay window. Initially, the quote provided was swiftly provided and very competitive. Gary then came around to provide a variety of options to complete the work. He was very friendly and understood exactly what we were after. Keelan then confirmed when the work would start. Despite the awful weather delaying completion the workmen were friendly and extremely professional and cleared up after their selves. Keelen regularly updated us when there was a delay to the schedule caused by the weather. All in all, the job was completed to an excellent standard and we would recommend KK Roofline to anyone else. I am very happy with my new roofline and cladding. KK Rooflines was professional and pleasant to deal with from start to finish. Time was taken to understand what I wanted and ensure I had all the info I needed to make the right choices without any pressure and the resulting quote was reasonable. A last minute request was accommodated with no issues at all and the work was carried out well by a cheerful and respectful team over 2 days. Had there been any problems (there aren't) I would have been happy to raise them and confident they would have been taken seriously and sorted out. We had a complete roofline replacement on our bungalow. We chose the KK Roofline because they specialise in roofline replacement and gave a good account of themselves when we were considering various companies. We were shown sample products and the work and any options were explained thoroughly and professionally and they were reasonably priced.The guys who did the work were pleasant and polite and got on with the job, clearing up and keeping tidy everyday they were here. Keelan arrived at the time arranged and provided an estimate for the work needed. We had some asbestos insulating board in the original soffit; he understood the risk (unlike others we had asked to quote), requiring it to be removed by specialist contractors before KK Roofline replaced the facia and soffit, which we did. His team were friendly, polite and hard working. When some timber was found which needed replacing the extra cost of time and materials was proportionate, with the additional work carried out within the original timescale. ~ Chris C

Absolutely fabulous! From quotation to completion Keelan and his team were professional, hard working, friendly and efficient. They undertook a range of work including an extensive area of Hardie Plank cladding, guttering and fitting one piece roofs to two sheds. Nothing was too much trouble for the teams that did the work and their attention to detail is to be highly commended. I needed new uPVC bargeboards and soffits fitted on a three storey house in Norfolk and went out for five prices, getting three worthwhile ones back. Not only was Keelan the best value, but he was also by far the most credible, with sensible responses to all my questions. Full height scaffolding, inspected and Scaff tagged, fall protection, double handrails, kick boards, etc. The installation overran over a weekend due solely to bad weather on the Friday, so several of my neighbours with the same problem came over to look at his work; three of them then commissioned him to do their similar houses, and two years on a four is having his done by them next week. In the interim I've used Keelan to sort out the scaffold for my rooftop solar when someone else let me down - and again he came through with scaffolders working into the dark hours (illuminated, of course), to be ready for the panel guys the following morning. They say there's no recommendation like a personal recommendation - and I'd recommend KK Roofline to anyone. ~ The D

We recently had our facias, soffits and guttering completely renewed, along with cladding installed on half of our house, by KK Roofline. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The team were professional, reliable and clearly took pride in their work. Despite a period of very poor weather, they stayed on schedule and completed the project on time and within the agreed budget. The standard of workmanship is first-class, and the finished result has significantly improved both the appearance and protection of our home. What really stood out was their integrity and willingness to go the extra mile. During the work they discovered areas of rot in some of the roofing timbers. Rather than treating this as an opportunity for additional charges, they simply resolved the issue properly and replaced the affected timbers at no extra cost. This level of honesty and customer care is rare and very much appreciated. Communication throughout was clear and straightforward, the site was kept tidy, and the team were courteous and easy to have around.
